Every Detail Matters. From our Work to our Employees.

Who we are.

At Midwest Walls and Landscape, we pride ourselves on quality, attention to detail and getting
the job done right for our customers. We back this belief by living five simple practices.

Quality Equipment

We are firm believers that efficiency is driven through quality equipment and quality workers, so you won’t find yourself digging a drainage trench with an age-old shovel and a half-dozen employees at your side. At every job, you’ll have quality equipment that empowers you to get the job done effectively and efficiently.

Proven Leadership

A leadership team with proven expertise and experience. We’ve been there, we’ve done it, and we know the ins-and-outs of every job and what it requires to get it done right. We hold tight on collaboration, coaching and access to every member of our team—no matter title or status.

Great Coworkers

We hire people who are looking for a career not a job. And because of this, our employees tend to stick around. Turnover is low, and staff is consistent. This is critical to the success of our business and the happiness of our customers.

We Are a Family

In fact, we’ve been known to take each other home for family dinners. After all, if you don’t want someone at your dinner table, you probably don’t want them on your crew.

N

High Standards

We don’t tolerate defensive behavior, we work hard and we expect quality work. We don’t make mistakes. This high standard minimizes the amount of rework and fixes, so we can invest those funds back into our crew. The way we see it, with this approach, everyone wins.

The Benefits we Offer.

We are a family owned company and believe in providing benefits that reward our crew for the high standard of work, attention to detail and getting the job done right and within our customers’ expectations. A great work ethic is a benefit to us, so we, in turn, do everything we can to give great benefits back to you.
